Challenges Faced:

An unexpected shortage in raw material caused a complete halt in production for many major producers of apparel. This affected many healthcare systems across the world.

Jefferson Solution:

With the strength of our supply chain and sourcing capabilities, Jefferson presented an acceptable solution which met clinical standards and delivery timeframe requirements. The contract included locking in production, preparing a delivery schedule and meeting that schedule all within the space of 2 months, with the first delivery being 4 days from contract date. We communicated with the manufacturer and freight companies to ensure that the client’s needs were more than satisfied.
